At Integrity Home Investment Solutions we provide property acquisition opportunities for buyers interested in working with us to invest in real estate.

Primarily we work with other investors in one of three ways:

  • Private Lender
    To become a private lender with us, we need to first get to know each other with at least three meetings or conversations over a minimum of 30 days. All transactions are completed through a third party escrow company who will prepare and record a deed of trust, along with providing a promissory note, hazard insurance, and title insurance.
  • Wholesale Buyer
    We find properties at wholesale prices and pass on opportunities for a fee.
  • Joint Venture
    Occasionally we work in tandem with other investors.
