Innovative Healthcare Informatics (IHI) is a woman owned consulting company. We have a highly skilled and experienced team of consultants that specialize in helping organizations succeed through Human Centered Design (HCD), Organizational Change Management (OCM), Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering (BPR), Clinical Informatics, Technology Optimization and a focus on Customer Experience (CX) and Operational Excellence.

Our core passion is healthcare, with the understanding that healthcare touches many industries.
